🛡️ Objection Handling

Live Call
💡 An objection isn't a no — it's a question in disguise. Acknowledge it, answer it, redirect to the close.
Objection
"I'm not interested" / "I'm busy right now"
"Totally get it — you're running a business. That's exactly why I built the site FOR you. Just take 30 seconds to look at the link I'll text you. If you hate it, no hard feelings. Cool if I send it right now?"
Goal: get them to look at the site. That's it.
Objection
"How much is it again?" / "That's too expensive"
"It's $149 a month — less than the profit from 1–2 service calls. And the whole point is it brings you MORE calls than that. If it doesn't pay for itself, it's not worth it — I agree. But getting found on Google is what fills your calendar. Want to start with Solo at $79 and upgrade when you're ready?"
Objection — Last Resort Only
"$149 is still too much right now"
"I hear you. Tell you what — I'll put you on our Quick Start rate: first 3 months at $99, then it goes to the regular $149. That way you can see the results before you're fully committed. After 3 months you'll wonder why you waited. Sound fair?"
⚠️ Use this ONLY after you've tried the full price. Never offer it upfront. Never put it in writing.
Objection
"I already have a website"
"Nice — is it bringing you customers, or just sitting there? Most sites do nothing because nobody's managing the Google side. That's what we actually do. The site's just the start. Take a look at the one I built and compare — no pressure."
Objection
"Let me think about it"
"Totally fair. The site's live and reserved for you for the next few days. How about I follow up Thursday? And in the meantime the link's in your text so you can look it over with your spouse/partner. Sound good?"
Always set a specific callback time. "I'll follow up later" loses the lead.
Objection
"Is this AI / a scam?"
"Ha, fair question — no, I'm a real person, [your name], local to Montebello. I literally built the site by hand using your business info. That's why I'm calling instead of spamming your email. Want to see it? I'll send the link right now while we're talking."
Objection
"I've seen ads from big national companies doing the same thing"
"Yeah, I know exactly who you're talking about. Here's the difference — I'm local. I'm in Montebello. I know this market, I know these neighborhoods, and I'm not going anywhere. You can call me directly. That's something a national company can't say."
