Voicemail Script
Leave This
"Hey [Name], this is [your name] with Gateway Digital Management. I built a free website for [Business Name] and sent you a postcard about it — just wanted to make sure you got it. Give me a call back at [your number] whenever you get a chance. No pressure at all — just wanted you to see it. Talk soon."
Don't pitch on the voicemail. Just spark curiosity.
Follow-Up Rules
When to Call Again
1️⃣First call — voicemail above
2️⃣2 days later — try again, same voicemail if no answer
3️⃣4 days later — final attempt. If no answer, move on.
Exception: if they SCANNED the QR code, pursue harder — they showed real interest. Try up to 5 times over 10 days.
Text Follow-Up (Optional)
Send a Text After the VM
"Hey [Name] — just left you a voicemail. I built a free website for [Business Name]: [URL]. Take a look whenever — no pressure. - [Your name], Gateway Digital Management"
Text once. Don't text AND voicemail repeatedly — that feels spammy.
